TreatLightly is the broad container for the creative professional undertakings of Matt Woodham.
These undertakings include creative video, theatre, multimedia and (very occasionally) novelty sports projects; events management and technical production; workshop facilitation and presentations; graphic, web and lighting design… and other bits and pieces.
I have owned and operated a solar powered events company, conceived and directed arts festivals, taught at an elite private school, recreated a food-based Wheel Of Fortune live on stage and won awards at film festivals for cinematography and documentary storytelling. Regardless of its nature, my work has always focused on building and strengthening community in some way, be that through exposure to tangible ideas or simply direct, hands-on participation.
After a decade freelancing in Sydney and Alice Springs, I am now based in Central Tasmania, with creative networks extending throughout Australia and beyond.
